We're excited to announce that we will be participating in the Skechers Pier to Pier Friendship Walk on October 20, 2024! The Skechers Pier to Pier Friendship Walk rallies thousands every October for a fun-filled celebration at the beach, where families and friends gather to walk from Manhattan Beach Pier to Hermosa Beach Pier and back in support of our children. Since 2009, the event has raised millions of dollars to support children with special needs, public education, and a national college scholarship program.
Join our team by visiting . Make sure to indicate 懂色帝 Education Foundation during the registration process. Students who sign up to be walkers or who are associated with registered walkers will be entered into a raffle for a one-week front of the line pass each week between now and October 20th.

Hello JMS Families,
This is the last week to register for the 2024 Skechers Pier to Pier Friendship Walk! 100% of the money raised goes to JMS PTSA, which will help us to continue providing programs for your students. We will earn a $500 bonus if we have 100 walkers before Sunday. We have 63 walkers so far, so we just need 37 more! If you'd like to support this fundraiser but can't make it to the walk on Sunday, no problem! Just sign up as a virtual walker. See attached for more information.
If you join our team and would like to walk with us on Sunday, October 20th, meet us at the Manhattan Beach Pier and be ready to walk at 7:30am. We will walk early to avoid the crowds and find parking. Look for me and our principal, Ms. Nunes!
